All our picnics are seasonal and depend on the availability of good, local produce but here are some of the tasty menus you can expect to find under each event.

Poacher's pie of pork and sage in a crisp puff pastry crust served with green bean chutney
Mixed herb frittata with a roasted garlic mayonnaise
Traditional coleslaw in a creme fraiche dressing
Fine green beans with garlic, olive oil and Spenwood cheese shavings
Puy lentil salad with wilted chard, beetroot and goat's cheese

Cold barbecued meats in a smokey marinade
Apple and Colston Bassett stilton filo parcels
Baby potato salad with capers and shallots
Courgette and rocket salad with chilli and lemon dressing
Roasted red onion and beetroot salad with toasted hazelnuts

Sweet pepper tart with Spenwood cheese crust
Falafels with a spicy yoghurt dressing
Middle eastern-style tabbouleh salad
Grilled aubergines in a honey and pinenut dressing
Fresh mixed leaves with pea shoots and edible flowers
Desserts
English apple tart served with single cream
Gooseberry and elderflower cake with lemon cream
Summer fruits in sparkling wine jelly
Triple chocolate brownie served with single cream
All our picnics are served in five tier tiffin tins and, unless otherwise stated, contain enough food to serve two hungry people. They all come with a complementary bread basket plus plates, cutlery, serviettes, glasses and salt and pepper. Desserts, drinks, extra breads, side dishes and our artisan English cheese and charcuterie selections can be ordered separately.
