Payment
We use PayPal's secure online payment system for all orders and accept all major credit and debit cards. However, we love to chat so if you'd prefer to order and pay over the phone please give us a ring on 07795 007792.
Tickets
Please note that buying a Tiffin Kitchen picnic does not guarantee you entry into your chosen event. Entry to an event is always at the event organisers' discretion. If the event is ticketed you will need to buy your tickets direct from them by clicking Visit Event Site on the Events page. We strongly advise that that you secure your tickets before you book your picnic.
Delivery
The great thing about the Tiffin Kitchen is that once you've ordered, you don't have to do anything! Once you have ordered, we will send you a confirmation email with your unique order number, explaining exactly where your picnic will be on the day. You simply turn up at your chosen event and your picnic will be waiting for you there. Simply tell us your name and give us your order number and a delicious picnic will be yours.
The tiffin tins
We like our tins so much, we want them back! At the end of the event we will collect your tins and take them home to wash and refill for our next customer. If you'd like to keep your tin, simply click on the 'Buy my tiffin tin' button when you order your picnic. You can even use this button to buy more tins than you've ordered picnics! Alternatively you may purchase your tin directly from us, at the event.
Substitutions
Sometimes our lettuce simply won't grow fast enough. Because we use only the freshest, most seasonal and where possible local ingredients, we are at the mercy of the growing conditions. This is why we may occassionally need to make changes to your picnic. If this happens we will always contact you to check you are happy with it first.
Privacy
Nobody likes a snoop. This is why the Tiffin Kitchen will not retain any of your payment details and all transactions are protected by PayPal's secure payment processing service. Sometimes we'd like to let you know about special Tiffin Kitchen events, offers and discounts. If you'd like to receive this information simply check the box on the order form and we will add you to our mailing list.
